ABOUT THE MENTOR
Lena Onkelinx is a Belgian fashion designer and creative director, and the founder of LENA MAE, a European-made label defined by minimalist design and timeless essentials.
After gaining experience at a leading German fashion house, Lena built her career independently, consulting fashion brands worldwide through 1:1 strategy and brand-building guidance. Working closely with founders across different stages, she repeatedly saw the same gap: strong creative vision, but little clarity around the business foundations needed to build a brand that lasts.
Having lived and worked in New York and Amsterdam, Lena gained a deep understanding of both the European and international fashion landscape. Now based between Paris and Antwerp, she combines real-world industry experience with a mission to make brand-building knowledge more accessible for emerging designers.
The systems, frameworks, and decision-making tools she uses in her 1:1 consulting are now bundled into this course, created for designers who want clarity, structure, and direction without learning the hard way.
